PBG specializes in layer cakes and tiered cakes with an emphasis on high quality, ethically sourced organic ingredients.
A PBG cake lives in a realm that straddles food and art…therefore no two PICNIC cakes are ever the same. Blooms are selected based on seasonal availability, and swoops and swirls of Swiss buttercream are selected on a whim. It’s a trust your maker kinda scenario. That’s how we do our best work.
You really need no excuse to order cake. Sure, a wedding or a birthday is an obvious choice, but a why the fuck not cake is just as valid.
PSA before I go, please NEVER eat cake cold. Temper it first, ALWAYS. Don’t sweat it - I leave instruction cards on every box so you can’t possibly forget. Here for your future cake needs, and overjoyed to have made your past cakes.
